Just before 9:00 p.m. on Saturday night the Stanton County Sheriff’s office stopped an eastbound car on Hwy 275 about seven miles east of Norfolk for having expired license plate tags. The driver of the vehicle was found to have a revoked license for fifteen years following multiple DWI arrest convictions. David Hespe, 41, Papillion was placed under arrest and jailed on the felony offense pending the posting of a cash bond.
