Late Tuesday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at a rural Stanton County residence Northwest of Howells and arrested Terry Schulz, 52, who is a convicted felon on a charge of being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, a Class ID Felony. A Firearm and ammunition was recovered from his residence in his possession and he was booked at the Sheriff’s office on the felony charge. He was released on a bond with a court date set for next month.
