Stanton Man Injured in Motorcycle Accident South of Stanton

At about 2:19 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office responded to and investigated a motorcycle accident just south of Stanton on Hwy 57 that sent a 79 year old Stanton man to the hospital. Richard Kuehn was turning around at the intersection of Hwy 57 and the Golf Course Road, when he lost control of his three wheel motorcycle and was ejected from the motorcycle and trapped underneath as it landed on top of him. The wreckage was removed from trapping him and he was later transported to FRHS in Norfolk by Stanton Fire/Rescue. Kuehn was wearing an approved helmet at the time of the accident. Stanton County Emergency Management also responded to the scene.
