On Wednesday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested a 54 year old Pilger man for a Sex Offender Registration Violation while conducting random SOR checks. Curtis Brahmsteadt was booked on the felony charge and will face an initial court appearance in June. Brahmsteadt is required to register as a sex offender and follow guidelines for a previous sexual assault conviction that he served a prison sentence for.
