At about a 4:00 a.m. Thursday morning morning the Stanton County Sheriff’s office was notified of a disturbance at a Stanton residence. Subsequently Dustin Peterson, 40, of Norfolk was located and arrested for Violation of a Protection Order. Peterson was barred from having contact with a female party living in Stanton and was found to have violated the order. Peterson was jailed pending the posting of a bond.
