James Kuehn, 50, of Stanton was taken into custody by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office on Tuesday evening about 6:40 p.m. after he unlawfully entered an occupied dwelling in Stanton and was confronted by a teenage resident and chased out of the house. Kuehn is also suspected of unlawfully entering a second residence the day before in the same area of town. Kuehn was booked on charges of Criminal Trespass, Disturbing the Peace and Prohibited Acts (Under Influence of Illegal Drugs) and jailed pending the posting of a cash bond.
