Richard Erwin, 79, of Laurel has died as a result of his injuries he received on March 7th in an accident at the Hwy 275 and Hwy 15 junction near Pilger that also claimed the life of his wife, Ellen, 77 who died at the scene. Richard was the driver of the pickup involved in the one vehicle accident. The Stanton County Sheriff’s office extends our deepest sympathy to the Erwin Family and Laurel community in their tragic loss.
