On Monday morning the Stanton County Sheriff’s office assisted probation officers at a Woodland Park residence in doing a probation search on Debra Udell, 64, at her residence. During this time, she was found to be in possession of different non-prescribed pills that were in her possession along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to felony probation last month in Stanton County District Court after a conviction for possession of methamphetamine and her son, Kyle was sentenced to prison for possession of methamphetamine. Udell was placed under arrest by the Sheriff’s office and booked on a new felony drug charge and Probation Violation. She is scheduled to appear in court later this month. The marijuana that she possessed was tested and showed illegal THC content and she was adamant that she bought it at a Norfolk dispensary.
