Norfolk Man Jailed Following Disturbance on Felony Charges

At about 3:40 p.m. on Sunday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office was dispatched to a physical disturbance at a Woodland Park residence involving one male who appeared was under the influence of illegal drugs. Upon arrival the male who was being restrained was further subdued by the Sheriff and two deputies and restrained in handcuffs. Jeremy Heiderman, 39, was then medically cleared by Woodland Park Rescue along with two other persons involved in the altercation. Heiderman allegedly threatened to kill the other two parties and was jailed on felony charges of Terroristic Threats, along with Disturbing the Peace and Prohibited Acts (under the influence of unlawful drugs). He remains in custody pending the setting of a bond by a county judge.
