I am happy to announce that our seven year old grandaughter Kinsley Bennett of Ponca is Cancer Free after a 2 1/2 year fight against Leukemia. Kinsley was able to ring her bell to represent her full remission this past Wednesday at the Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD with numerous family and friends present. Kinsley has been a warrior and has given it her all in in this life and death fight. She has endured numerous hospitalizations, blood transfusions, continuous chemo and even one bout of being on a ventilator to help her survive. Twice she lost all her hair and will continue to regain her lost immune system. We owe so much to too many people to mention for all your kindness, support and prayers. Our family is truly blessed and again Thank You for the excellent medical care she received at Sanford Children’s Hospital and for all they do for so many sick children. “Thanks to God” for giving us our spunky little girl back.
