On Monday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested a 39 year old Pilger man on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia during a probation search of his residence in Pilger after methamphetamine was located in the house. Andrew Allen who is on probation in Madison County and facing an earlier felony drug charge in Stanton County was taken into custody during the joint operation with District 7 probation officers. Allen was jailed and had a new bond of $25,000.00 set on this latest charge. He was arrested back in August on a felony drug charge by the Sheriff’s office following a traffic stop on Hwy 275 just east of Norfolk. Allen also faces Probation and Bond violations.
