Last week the Sheriff’s office obtained an arrest warrant for a 16 year old girl for 2nd Degree Assault and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony after she was moved from a Norfolk hospital without notification or explanation after she was taken there following a disturbance in Pilger for medical treatment. The girl was taken into custody by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office in Kearney and transported to the Madison JDC on the felony level charges. Her first court appearance in scheduled for later this week.
