On Saturday afternoon at about 2:30 p.m., the Stanton County Sheriff’s office stopped a vehicle on Hwy 15 near Pilger. The driver was found to have a revoked license that was suspended for fifteen years. Francisco Cellular, 50, of Schuyler was arrested on the felony offense and jailed pending the posting of a cash bond. This was the second time that Cellular has been arrested for driving during this fifteen year revocation and he faces five years in prison if convicted.
