At about 8:40 p.m. on Thursday night the Stanton County Sheriff’s office had contact with a vehicle in Stanton that had been driving erratically on the poor road conditions. The lone driver, Mindi Tabares, 46, of Norfolk (Woodland Park) was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was taken into custody and booked at the Sheriff’s office on the felony drug charge and jailed pending the posting of bond.
