On Friday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested Allyssa Gragg, 20, of Norfolk for theft. She was arrested following an investigation into the theft of money and other personal items from a vehicle that was parked in Woodland Park earlier this month. Gragg was booked at the Sheriff’s office on the Theft charge and is scheduled to appear in court next month. The stolen property was recovered and returned to the rightful owner.
