On Thursday morning at about 11:30 a.m. the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested Saulo Casillas, 32, of Norfolk on a Stanton County Arrest warrant for four (4) counts of delivery/sale of an exceptional dangerous/hazardous drug. Casillas was wanted for drug sales in Stanton County and was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Hwy 35 near Woodland Park. He was jailed and later posted a $10,000.00 cash bond with an initial court appearance later this month.
