On Thursday the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested a 51 year old rural Norfolk man on violations of the sex offender registration act. Vernon Munson was taken into custody and booked on the felony charge. Munson is required to register for his lifetime. Munson was also arrested last week by the Sheriff’s office near Woodland Park on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
