On Wednesday afternoon at about 3:10 p.m. the Stanton County Sheriff’s office stopped a vehicle in Stanton and the driver, Richard Evans, 23, Omaha was found to have a revoked drivers license and was operating a motor vehicle unlawfully with No Interlock Device in the vehicle he was driving. Evans was also cited for a Probation Violation and had a Douglas County Arrest Warrant for a Probation Violation. He was booked on those charges and has his first appearance set for next month.
