Homeless man in jail following Arrest on a Felony Terroristic Threats

A 38 year old homeless man is currently in the county jail on a felony charge following his arrest earlier this week by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office.  Kyle Kirstine is charged with Terroristic Threats, Disturbing the Peace, and Criminal Trespass.  Kirstine was arrested at a Woodland Park residence following a disturbance call, where he allegedly threatened to harm a relative with violence.  Kirstine was not to be at the residence and is currently out on Post Release Supervision following his release from prison late last year on a similar offense in Stanton County.  Kirstine is being held on a $5000.00 bond.  He is scheduled to appear back in court in February.
