A 34 year old Rochester, TX man was arrested by the Sheriff’s office about 2:00 a.m. on Sunday morning in Woodland Park following a traffic stop for a moving violation. Randy Strickland was Driving During Suspension and also was also found to be intoxicated and charged with aggravated Driving While Intoxicated-3rd offense and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Strickland also tested above .150% BAC. making this a felony DWI offense. Stickland was able to post a $10,000.00 bond and was released with a court date in February.
