PIZZA DELIVERY DRIVER DOESN’T MAKE SCHEDULED DELIVERY

On Monday night about 8:00 p.m. the Stanton County Sheriff’s office responded to and investigated a one vehicle traffic accident on East Norfolk Avenue and South Eastwood. The driver failed to negotiate the icy intersection and left the roadway striking a group of trees. The vehicle suffered severe damage, but the delivery driver was not injured, thanks to seat belt use. The Pizza Hut driver was enroute to a customer drop off when the accident occurred just East of Norfolk.
