On Wednesday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested Terry Schulz, 56, of rural Howells for Driving During a Fifteen Year Revocation. Schultz was observed driving in Pilger and then quickly exited his vehicle before being taken into custody in Pilger. Schultz is revoked for fifteen years following a felony DWI conviction earlier in Stanton County. He was also recently placed on probation out of Cuming County for Driving without an interlock device conviction and was found to have just purchased beer prior to being seen driving during this incident. Schultz was jailed pending the setting of a cash bond and his vehicle was impounded.
