A 26 year old Norfolk man already on Probation for alcohol violations was arrested Friday evening at about 9:45 p.m. near Hwy 24 and 560th Avenue just east of Norfolk for aggravated 2nd offense DWI and a Probation Violation. Erik Luevano was observed driving after the Sheriff’s office received a citizen complaint of his vehicle driving erratically. Luevano was stopped and found to be highly intoxicated and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was booked at the Sheriff’s office where a chemical breath test indicated he was nearly three times the legal limit. He was also found to be on probation for alcohol violations and was later released after posting a cash bond on charges of DWI-2nd offense (Above .150% BAC.) and violating his probation.
