On Monday afternoon at about 4;40 p.m. the Stanton County Sheriff’s office had contct with a vehicle on Hwy 275 about 13 miles east of Norfolk. The driver, Zachary Thatcher, 47, of Omaha was found to have a suspended license after three prior DWI convictions. He was then taken into custody on the felony charge and jailed pending the posting of a cash bond. His vehicle was towed from hwy 275 and impounded. “Our mission is to keep all Nebraska roadways safe, especially those in Stanton County.” SHERIFF MIKE UNGER
