On Thursday afternoon, the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested a 36 year old rural Norfolk man on felony drug charges. Michael Garver was taken into custody at his residence located just east of Norfolk after he was observed inside his residence and was known to be wanted on a Madison County Arrest Warrant for Failure to Appear. During this time, illegal drugs to include methamphetamine, THC wax and marijuana were recovered in his possession along with an assortment of drug paraphernalia. Garver also was charged with Prohibited Acts for being under the influence of illegal drugs. Garver was taken into custody and jailed at the Madison County jail on the warrant.
