Norfolk Woman Arrested on Felony Warrants After Search Warrant served at Norfolk Residence-Norfolk Man Also Arrested on Felony Warrant

On Wednesday evening at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Stanton County Sheriff’s office after obtaining a search warrant to search for 27 year old Natasha Vaness-Hauf, who was wanted on three felony warrants out of Stanton County and also two felony warrants out of Madison County. Vaness-Hauf had failed to appear in Stanton County District Court last month and again on Monday. A Sheriff’s office investigation into her whereabouts led to a search warrant being sought for a residence in the 400 block of south 2nd Street in Norfolk. With assistance of the Norfolk Police Division, the Sheriff’s office served the search warrant forcing entry into the residence and Vaness-Hauf was found hiding in a back bedroom. A male, Skyler Rodekohr, 30, was also located in the residence and had an active Madison County Arrest Warrant for Domestic Assault (felony) and was taken into custody and jailed. Vaness-Hauf was jailed on the felony warrants with no bond, pending an appearance in front of a District Judge. Vanness-Hauf had warrants for Forgery and Theft related charges and also for failing to appear while out on bond in both counties.
