On Friday afternoon the Stanton County Sheriff’s office arrested a 24 year old Norfolk woman who had two outstanding Felony Arrest Warrants from Madison County on Drug charges and Failure to Appear. Racheal Lambley was observed as a passenger in a vehicle in Woodland Park and following a traffic stop she was taken into custody on the warrants and also found to have marijuana hidden in her bra. She was jailed on the warrants in Madison County and faces a court date on the marijuana charge in Stanton County. The driver of the vehicle, Spencer Johnson, 43, of Norfolk was arrested on charges of Accessory to a Felony for assisting Lambley avoid authorities. He was also charged with a Probation Violation and is scheduled to appear in court in August.
