On Monday two men were arrested by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office after they failed to appear in District Court on scheduled appearances on felony related charges. Elliot Anderson, 22, was located a this Woodland Park residence and jailed. Anderson was scheduled to appear on a post release violation for an original charge of an Attempted Possession of Child Pornography conviction. Roosevelt Woodall, 31, of Stanton was taken into custody at a downtown residence and jailed. He failed to appear for arraignment on a felony assault charge against a police officer. Both men were out on bond and now remain in custody with no bond until their next court appearance.
